On a recent visit to Beckenham Beacon, Bob Neill met with the Chairman of Bromley Healthcare, Raoul Pinnell, to find out to find out how the new social enterprise was settling in.
Bob Neill was hugely impressed at the range of services offered by Bromley Healthcare and how it was already responding to patient demand to have services delivered closer to home. He was particularly glad to hear how the surplus profits made by this social enterprise are to be continually reinvested in local services in an effort to improve patient care.
Commenting on the visit, Bob said:
“It was fantastic to meet with so many of the staff at Bromley Healthcare and witness their enthusiasm for this new organisation. The excellent preliminary results from a patient satisfaction survey are testament to the impact it is already having on our local health service.”
